Solar Power Plant Bovolone

The construction of the power plant has been completed with the technical execution of Würth Solar and BEL Energy as the development and realization partner. Successful connection to Enel’s medium-voltage grid achieved by August 2011, and from that point on, Bovolone PV plant has been producing over 5% above original expectation. The total surface area of this project is about 17,400 m² (fenced area). The PV plant design is based on the poly crystalline module type Yingli Solar YL235P 29b with 235 W peak power per module. In order to achieve best energy efficiency, inverters from Emerson Control Techniques GmbH are used.

The photovoltaic system produces 0.97 million kilowatt hours per year and reduces CO2 emissions by approximately  854 tons per year.
